A Full-Stack Developer.
Your Full-Service Partner.

Hey! I'm Steven - a Full-Stack PHP Developer at America’s Best House Plans. I’m also the founder and CTO at Segment Holdings.

Since 2011, I’ve been working with startups and industry leaders to build modern, full-stack web apps and websites with Statamic, Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind, and various JavaScript frameworks. I focus on two aspects of web development:

Custom Websites and Design Implementation

I love taking designs from Figma and Sketch and bringing them to life (with pixel-perfect attention to detail) using popular tools like Tailwind and Statamic.

Custom Web Applications

I also enjoy building fully custom web apps with Livewire and Alpine.js. Whether it's a full web app, a custom form or interaction inside a Statamic site, or general TALL stack consulting - I can handle it.

Past Clients

I've worked with organizations like The Boutique Hub, ADVFN, Apero Creative, Contextual Code, Automated Health Systems, Florida State University, as well as the Florida Department of Health, the Florida Department of Agriculture, the Modern Language Association, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska. If you're interested in working together, email me, and we can discuss the project you have in mind!

Get to Know Me

I find that the best partnerships start with open conversation and shared understanding. While we'll definitely want to have a real chat about your specific project, I've answered some common questions below to give you a sense of who I am, how I think about development, and what it's like to work with me. Think of this as the start of our conversation.

I'm a full-stack developer specializing in PHP and the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire). With extensive experience in Laravel and Statamic, I create custom web solutions that help businesses streamline their operations and improve their online presence.
